Al has had a long and impressive career in the human capital management and executive assessment fields, joining PCI originally in 1991, and returning to lead PCI’s next chapter in 2001.

As President, he consults with companies to review their organizational, staffing, and succession management processes. He also consults on best practices and the integration of key human resources areas, such as individual and executive assessment, succession planning and management development, and performance management.

Al has personally conducted more than 5,000 high-level evaluations during his career, and is particularly proud that more than 250,000 candidates have participated in assessment programs he designed.  At present, Al focuses on C-level succession planning and assessment in support of CEOs, Boards and other high-level stakeholders.

Al received his doctorate from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 1991 in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Management. He also received his master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from LSU, and his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kansas State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Keith brings a wealth of experience in the field of psychology to his position as Vice President of Assessment and Consulting for PCI.

Since coming onboard with PCI, he has conducted thousands of assessments of executives, managers and professionals for domestic and global organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.

As Vice President, he is responsible for training and managing PCI’s global assessment team, designing and updating the Talent Success Prediction™ process (including the research and selection of the test battery and interview format), and handling custom competency mapping.

Keith received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, a Master’s degree in Psychology from Boston University, and his doctorate in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2008.

He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), where he has presented research on the predictive power of PCI’s assessments.

Deborah’s wealth of specialized knowledge and skills, as well as almost two decades of experience in the assessment industry, greatly benefit PCI.

As the Director of Consulting Services, she conducts assessments, trains new assessors, and provides consulting to clients, designing and delivering custom solutions. She is a recognized expert in competency modeling, empirical validation research and test norming.  Deborah’s unique combination of skills is greatly valued by her clients and colleagues.

Deborah joined the company ten years ago as a Senior Consultant/Assessor after garnering in-depth experience with staffing large-scale start-ups in manufacturing and service-related industries. She has worked closely with senior leaders in client organizations to design integrated processes and tools in support of talent acquisition, performance management systems, leadership development, and succession planning.

Over the years, she has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, transportation, telecommunication, healthcare and insurance, as well as non-profit and government agencies. Her expertise includes competency modeling, selection system design and implementation, the validation of hiring tools, behavioral interviewing, and executive assessment.

Deborah earned a dual bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1996.
